Despite reservations that it may cause strife in the band, Ritsuka and Mafuyu tell Haruki and Akihiko that they are dating. The band shoots their first promotional pictures, and celebrate Haruki's birthday. Haruki realizes that he desires more than a one-sided crush on Akihiko. Mafuyu tells Ritsuka that he wants to write a new song.
