A journey down the River Po, travelling across northern Italy from the snow-capped Alps to the spell-binding delta, where the river meets the Adriatic Sea. The trek concludes in Chioggia, an island town in the Venetian lagoon, home to one of the biggest fish markets on the Adriatic.
