Holland�s heritage as a spice-trading country is shown in dishes including Dutch apple pie, smothered in cinnamon, and Jewish buns coated in muscovado sugar. After making their way to Belguim, Dave and Si create their own chocolate truffle cheesecake and after travelling into Luxembourg, they create a a pork pie with Riesling jelly
