The 18 remaining recruits enter the third phase of this condensed version of the SAS selection process. Over 48 hours the trainees are split into two teams, each with a leader chosen by the recruits. Oliver is chosen and must face up to his lack of confidence while the other leader, Kirsty, struggles to integrate with her fellow trainees.
