Burger Bar to Gourmet Star: Burger-van owner Carl makes his way to the kitchen of perfectionist and esteemed head chef Daniel Clifford, at his two Michelin star restaurant Midsummer House, in Cambridge. He has a unique style of creating French cuisine with thoroughly British ingredients, and his kitchen runs like a military operation. Carl has to deal with 18-hour days and spending time away from his family.
