Department S: A limousine is stopped with a land mine and riddled with machine gun fire. The Department investigates because the assassination victim turns out to be a wax dummy. The mannequin, nicknamed "Charlie Crippen" by Jason, apparently was mistaken for a real person. The Department has to find out who the intended victim is and who is behind the assassination plot.
