Department S: A man is ordered to take a deliver a package to a person in Paris. After the man�s boss is killed in an exchange of gunfire, he opens the package to discover three flowers and a message written on the paper. A number of people, including the Department, want to know what the three flowers and cryptic message have to do with an unsolved bank robbery.
