It is dark. It is cold. It is the end of January - but fear not, Winterwatch is back to add a bit of seasonal warmth. Chris Packham, Michaela Strachan and Gillian Burke host from a brand new location in the Cairngorms, the UK's largest national park, and its wildest landscape. The cameras are set deep in this wintry landscape, hoping to capture pine martensand red squirrels, golden eagles and crested tits. Iolo Williams also joins the team in Scotland, and there will be a look at how Britain's wildlife is faring up and down the country.
