Benson: Very mysterious things happen in the Governor's mansion. Kraus panics concluding that the house is haunted. A seance reveals that the ghost was a 19th century governor who was murdered. The reason he has returned is to prevent Governor Gatling from naming a memorial street to honor the murderer.
