Naked City: Elderly water department worker Mikel Strokirch discovers his son "Stroke" is a gang leader planning to rob a jewelry shop and escape via the sewers he learned to navigate as a youngster accompanying him. Storkirch alerts the police and descends below the streets to stop his son and his gang.
